Having worked in several contact centre environments ranging from banking and insurance to software, Kenny has acquired high level coaching. organizational management, and telephony planning and programming skills along the way. Prior to embarking on his service delivery carreer, Kenny graduated with honours from the Univeristy of British-Columbia with a bachelors degree in International Relations. His professional experience, combined with has analytical academic background, as well as his proficiency in French, English and Spanish have given him the impressive array of skills necessary to manager the complexities of Whistleblower's incident reporting facilities.
