5. Who investigates the report? / Who has access to the report?

Only those who are set up with specific roles and permission will have access to reports and be able to investigate reports. We have a Sensitive Report option that allows the reporter to ensure the report is sent to the appropriate Reviewer if a Reviewer is implicated in the report.
