Vancouver – BC – WhistleBlower Security (WBS), is pleased to announce a new exclusive partnership with ITP Sport & Recreation (ITP Sport) to provide Canadian sporting organizations with affective tools to help raise awareness, and safely report on, misconduct in sport.
This strategic partnership between WBS and ITP Sport will help arm Canadian sporting clubs with tools to help them identify and prevent bullying, abuse, harassment, discrimination, and other forms of behaviour that harms athletes, coaches, administrators, and members of the public. Through safe and secure reporting options, including anonymous hotlines and web-based reporting, anyone can report anonymously and in confidence any allegation of misconduct or integrity issue that has taken place within their sport.
“WhistleBlower Security is excited to partner with ITP Sport and together offer an exclusive approach to help Canadian sporting organizations create and nurture safe internal cultures,” said Shannon Walker, President, WhistleBlower Security. “As the only Canadian provider of safe and anonymous ethics reporting hotlines, we’re excited to partner with another Canadian organization that is also passionate about creating safe, and secure places where athletes, coaches, and the public feel able to speak up with confidence.”
“We continue to expand our capacity to provide exceptional service to our clients,” affirmed Ilan Yampolsky, CEO, ITP Sport. “It is not often that you find another organization whose values are so aligned with yours. By partnering with WhistleBlower Security, we feel that we are taking another big step in advancing our mission where we combine expertise and experience to keep participants safe and organizations strong. Together with WhistleBlower Security we will continue to pursue the prevention of maltreatment, to protect the organizations and all those that participate in sport so that they can perform to their very best in a safe environment.”
This partnership will allow WBS and ITP Sport to work together to help make Canadian sport safe for everyone and ensure anyone has the ability to feel safe when speaking up about the wrongs they see.
